This is the Customer Services website. Inside you will find tons of information on just about everything, from Technical flowcharts, Part Replacement procedures, Part Diagrams, Online Ordering, clearing a Rewax prompt, News and Updates, upcoming Seminar schedules, Owners Manuals and more!

The site is easy to use. Click on the navigation tabs at the top, then click on the side navigation links just off to the left of the pages for more info.

We are continuously adding and updating information to the site, so be sure to check back and refresh pages often.

We have added a new feature to the Customer Services website. You can now get tracking numbers and even track your U.S. and Canada UPS orders right here from this site.

Click in the ORDER TRACKING button above. You can also set the direct tracking link as one of your favorites. Use the link address of http://support.startrac.com/tracking .

You do not need to login to use this new feature, but you will need the 7 digit Order Number.

Note to Online Order users: We are working to get the Order Number available on your online confirmation and review section (Parts & Ordering...Your Orders). We will have the tracking number and order status' available there along with links for tracking information. This should be up in the next few days.
